Australia update =)

Before we left KLIA

KLIA

at Singapore,
we kept ourselves occupied by window shopping, free movie-'an unfinished life', wifi-bloghopping..


then boarded plane..
changed seats with Grace so ended up sitting next to Karen =)

been on the plane for about 7hours..my gosh..
so boring..food was great though, kept eating and eating and eating =)
kept myself occupied with games, 'run,fatboy,run', music..
unfortunately slept for only about 2hours..

and at 10am (brisbane time), finally reached!!
had to go through customs and everything,
thank goodness everything ran smoothly..

Australian Catholic University..

i absolutely love the campus!!

huge! lovely! spacious! clean! amazing!

wind is so very strong!
seeps thru your bone.. =(
sun is blazing in the sky,
but you don't feel an ounce of its heat..

then we had a small tour of the campus, of its origins & artworks...sigh..
turns out to be it used to be a seminary hundreds of years ago..WOW!
and better yet!-a sacred land to the aboriginals long long time before that!

the campus is a shape of a dove,
and the center, 'the heart' of the dove,
is the church..

the tour guide,
who is an ACU student,
who is taking up theology..
(yes, yes, amazing, i know!!-i was so impressed!)
anyway, he told us very interesting facts about the church and how to spot saints..
totally cool!

so im now surfing the net and blogging
while waiting for the bus
to take us to St.Bernadines..
to our host families..
